How Often Should I Wash / Detail My Vehicle?Much of this depends on your vehicle maintenance routine. A deep detailing service, is only needed 2-3 times per year. However, an upkeep service, such as our Budget Detail (Maintenance Detail), may be needed every 1-2 months!
-
How Often Do I Need to Polish / Wax My Vehicle?Wax is more than just a shiny look. It protects the paint from everyday damage like sap, road splatters, sun damage, oxidation, water damage, and so on. It is recommended to wax 2 - 3 times per year. A clay bar is also recommended every time you wax to remove leftover dirt and grime that a regular wash cannot remove.
-
How Can I Schedule an Appointment? You Can Schedule an Appointment Via a Call or By Filling Out our Online Form Where We Will Get In Touch With You.
-
Is Payment Necessary Before Service? If So, Why?This is not necessary. We like to accept payment after the job has been performed.
-
Is Water and Electricity a Necessary Requirement for All Details?None of these are required as our units are fully equipped with specialized non mineral water, and electricity. With this being the case we will never use house or residential water on vehicles due to its negative affects on vehicles. When it comes to power it is always welcomed but not required.
-
How Long Does the Average Detail Take? This always depends on the level of detail you chose but, to be safe always allow 4 hours just incase.
-
Do I Have to Be Present for the Detail?Nope! Having someone present for the detail is not necessary. As long as certain needs are met (car doors unlocked, any gates or access to entry, vehicle on a location with space to work on, etc) then you are good to go! Just be sure to pre-pay if you are not going to be present for in-person payments.

Isn't a car wash and a car detail the same thing?Definitely not. A car wash may lack proper techniques, products, and attention to detail to that of a professional detail. In fact low price car washes are one of the leading causes of your vehicle looking dull prematurely.
-
Is it really worth to detail my car vs getting a $20 dollar car wash?If you care about the longevity of the vehicle we would say so. A professional detailer knows how to properly maintain exterior paint and interior surfaces for example. Our job as detailers is to prolong the life of your vehicle indefinitely. This also helps with maintaining the value of your vehicle if you ever decide to sell it.
-
A car detail sounds very expensive, why is this the case? The main reason is because most professional detailers have been trained in some way or form on how to prolong and how to properly care for the vehicle. Second we have very expensive and high quality products and equipment that may make it look easy, but in reality these products and equipment were invented to solve specific problems. For example a task that may take a detailer 2-4 hours to complete may take a regular person without the proper equipment and products 12-16 hours to complete the same task. Interestingly enough in most cases the person would never actually reach the same results with all the time in the world. This occurs simply due to the lack of equipment mostly, and for the lack of chemical knowledge, and experience that the average person may have. At the end of it all, a detail may sound expensive at first from afar, but when you begin to account if results would even be achievable in a feasible and timely manner vs that of hiring a professional we begin to see that prices for professional detailers are very fair.
